Bookings

It is recommended you book your special date at your earliest convenience in order to avoid disappointment. Most brides will book at least six months prior to their date. 20% deposit is required to secure your booking. Full payment is due 14 days prior to the wedding date.


Tentative Booking

Tentative bookings can be held for a period of 7 days.


Booking Cancellations

In the event of a cancelled booking, the deposit paid will not be refunded. If the cancellation occurs within 14 days of the event, no payment will be refunded. 


Prices and Quotes


Quotes are valid for a six month period. We endeavour to maintain prices as published, however prices are subject to change.

Bond

A $100.00 bond is required upon all bookings. Bonds will be returned by cheque via post after collection of goods providing they are in original condition.

It is the clients responsibility for removal of rubbish after their ceremony. A Cleaning Fee will be charged for cleanup and disposal of any rubbish left on the premises.

Damages and Loss of Goods


In the event that damages or loss occur, replacement or repair charges will incur. Additional costs will apply if an item is heavily soiled. A cleaning bond of $100.00 is required for hire of the white carpet, it is returned by cheque  via post after collection providing it is of original condition.

Petals, confetti, bubbles or any other of its kind are not permitted on the white carpet. Please ensure your guests/photographers etc do not stand on chairs or any other hire equipment. Equipment is not to be moved from its set up area.

Inclement Weather

In the event of inclement weather conditions that prevent the event from taking place, no payment will be refunded. Just Say I Do will do their best to accommodate any location requests. Reasonable notice must be given.
In the event of heavy weather, we reserve the right to refuse the use of carpets and other items which may be deemed unsafe due to weather condition.



Delivery


Delivery set up and pick up is included with our all inclusive ceremony packages within a 10km radius of Adelaide CBD. Additional fees apply to all areas outside the 10km radius.
A $50.00 delivery, set up and pick up fee applies to all customized packages. Extra delivery and pickup fees will incur to all areas outside the 10km radius.


Permits

It is the clients responsibility to obtain relevent permits.


Substitution and Uniformity

We reserve the right to subtitute goods with similar items without pre arranged agreement. Although we take care in matching colours as best we can there may be slight variation.You are required to provide a plan according to your set up requirements. We will endeavour to follow these instructions to the best of our ability; however unlevel surfaces or unforeseen circumstances may require some alteration.
